Chris Mcgee runs our Yoga Program, he is trained in Schole Yoga. Schole Yoga links movement with breath to create a rhythmic interplay of motion and stillness. Sequencing of yoga positions and music guide strength, flexibility, and balance into perfect harmony. It is offered in our private studio, with music and candlelight.

This program is devised to focus on strength, power, metabolic conditioning and injury prevention.

If you want to be generally fit and able to do bit of everything, this class is for you. Expect to work hard and to push your teammates.
